360 Video Series on Environmental Justice
This immersive 360 video YouTube series will document the work of local activists in our communities, demonstrating the power of grassroots efforts to repair harm and inspire everyone involved to make real changes for the better. 360 videos on YouTube are viewable on a standard web browser as well as on virtual reality headsets like the Meta Quest.
The first video in this series highlights a protest on June 8th, 2023 in front of the White House. Performers and activists share their personal stories about the fight to stop construction of the Mountain Valley Pipeline. Advocacy groups like 7 Directions of Service and People vs. Fossil Fuels have been working hard to prevent further development and will continue to lead the effort as long as is necessary.
